WHAT IS YOUR WARRANTY POLICY?
Black Sheep LIT Guarantee
Black Sheep Lit designs and builds preeminent products and are built to supremacy standards. On the uncommon event of one of our products breaking without good reason, this could be a manufacturer defect.
WARRANTY
If any components are broken as a manufacturer defect within 1,095 DAYS (3 years) of the purchase YOU ARE COVERED!
First Submit a warranty claim (described in next section). After warranty claim submission:
- Defective products within the first 30 days of purchase:
- We will email a return label to you and once the package is accepted by USPS or UPS a replacement will be sent out.
- Defective products after 30 days of purchase:
- The customer will be responsible for return shipping and upon receiving, a replacement will be sent out.
How do I file a warranty claim?
To submit a warranty claim: Easy as 1, 2, 3.
- Email warranty@blacksheeplit.com with a brief description of problem and a couple photos picturing the issue.
- We will send you a warranty form, which you will need to fill out and send back to us. This process is fastest through email, but if needed this form can be mailed to P.O. Box 2, Cloverdale VA, 24077.
- Upon receiving the warranty form we will process customers information and send shipping label or shipping information (depending on time frame of purchase). The replacement and/or repair, along with return shipping will be covered by Black Sheep Lit.
**PLEASE NOTE -- Products purchased or sold in pairs: Black Sheep LIT needs the matching accessory and or light rail that matches the accessory or light rail that you're sending. Even if it is not damaged!!! During a repair or replacement we must have the ability and availability to test it with its pair to conclude everything matches up with computer components.**
LIGHT RAILS - Breaks / Other Issues Caused by the CUSTOMER:
- Email us at contact@blacksheeplit.com, send the product back, and pay the 50% + shipping, and we'll ship the brand new item to you just like that!
